This job is brought to you by Bizkaia Talent, a non-profit organization funded by the Department for Economic Development of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia. Its main objective is to attract highly skilled professionals to the Basque Country by connecting them with the opportunities within the leading innovation and technology companies and universities there.
Requisites
INPhINIT targets the most motivated PhD candidates by addressing the research areas in which Spain excels: Bio and Health Sciences, Technology, Physics, Engineering and Mathematics. These disciplines are directly related to the major societal challenges marked by the European Commission: health and ageing, food security, sustainable agriculture and forestry, water research, secure energy, climate change, smart and green transport and environment. In order to give effective answers to these concerns, supporting junior scientific talent has become essential to ensure the next generation of researchers.
The high-level research carried out in Spanish research labs, the international background and scientific excellence of their group leaders, a strong network of academic and industrial contacts as well as access to a wide assortment of scientific training activities and events, bring the opportunity to develop a top scientific career in Spain and boost the chances of obtaining an independent research position across the world.
