Inventor A.G. S.A, a leader in the air-conditioning field and one of the longest established brands in the Greek market, is seeking for a talented translator from English to French, to join the team and support the online sales process via Marketplaces.

Responsibilities  

Replying to customer enquires before, during and after the purchase;
Mostly written communication with the end-users in order support and grow the local community of new customers;

Requirements

Native level of written and verbal communication skills in French;
At least 2-years experience in a customer support position;
Excellent computer and Internet skills;
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
Flexibility and resilience;
