Responsibilities

• Replying to customer enquires before, during and after the purchase;
• Mostly written communication with the end-users, so your written skills are essential;

Requirements

• Translator’s degree by a Greek University or equivalent (title)
• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German and French;
• Excellent computer and Internet skills;
• Elegant writing style;
• Demonstrates sympathy and empathy;
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Flexibility and resilience;
• Fast learning capacity;
