Responsibilities
- Replying to customer enquires before, during and after the purchase;
- Mostly written communication with the end-users, so your written skills are essential;
Requirements
- Translator’s degree by a Greek University or equivalent (title)
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German and French;
- Excellent computer and Internet skills;
- Elegant writing style;
- Demonstrates sympathy and empathy;
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Flexibility and resilience;
- Fast learning capacity;
