- Replying to customer enquires before, during and after the purchase;
- Mostly written communication with the end-users in order support and grow the local community of new customers;
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in French;
- Excellent knowledge of English language;
- At least 2 - years’ experience in a customer support position;
- Excellent computer and Internet skills;
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
